Gas Sweetening Units
We provide Gas sweetening systems designed to remove H2S and CO2. The process requires treatment with a solvent such as amine or Sulphinol. Amine packages are designed for offshore floating platforms and FPSO’s to overcome the many issues associated with motions in packed towers.The units range of duties vary from bulk CO2removal (12%) down to 1% at outlet and H2S removal down to 4ppmv, with amine flows from 10 to 1000 USGPM.We have designed varying re-boiler types from direct fired to steam heated kettle type and vertical thermo-siphons.
